12: Cinematics

Why go to the movies, when video games these days have COME A LONG WAY SINCE PACMAN... And have wonderful cinematics. This week, Joe and Daz bend over backwards, shimmy through a Lara Croft sized hole in the wall, button mash during a quick time event through a giant microwave, and dive mouth agape Naughty Doggedly into some chit AND some chats about video game cinematics. 
There's a lot to say about Cinematics, the history of, the weird hype generating, "gamer" demonstrating, video game selling video we all know and love...
So settle in to your huge, racing themed gamer chair, sip generously from your g-fuel receptacle, and gaze deep into our mouth/brain holes as we tell of what we know.

When one bite of the TimTam isn't enough... When one dip in the pool doesn't cool your soul... When one half of the Bueno bar is only the beginning... SO TOO is one half of our Top 10 video games of all time list, not sufficient to quell the stirring that wraps within the deepest coils of your heart -  so we present PART 2!!!
There's all kinds of surprises in this one, surprise number one is that we don't talk about Titan Fall 2 for half the episode. That's pretty good, right?

10: Top 10 (Part 1)

Lists. They put things in order. They are the antithesis of chaos. A list tells you what you need to know in such a format that it's impossible to not understand what the writer of the list means. They're absolutely one of the best things in the world. 
This week, WEEK TEN of the pod, Joe and Daz celebrate by bringing their Top 10 Video Games of all time lists to the table. We only manage to get through the first 3 or 4 entries because we spent like 25 mins talking about Titan Fall 2 (and we will not apologize for it). 
So there will be a Part 2 of this episode next week, and we will try and get through our lists in a more timely manner... Because if we don't there'll be a Part 3... and then this will turn into a list. List-ception.

Ever since the Horse Armor in Oblivion, downloading content for your video game entertainment experiences has been real hot with the kids... We go over several types of DLC. It's good. You'll enjoy this one. It MIGHT be the best episode so far. Objectively, or maybe subjectively. Who's to say. Not me, humble listening.
