A topic as nebulous as it is thrilling. This week the bois tackle and chew and ponder the topic, of "movie magic", and how it relates both directly and indirectly to that of the nature of making video games. A void wide and toxic between the devs and consumers, fueled by lies and hypebeasts alike, brims with broken promises and a general lack of understanding from BOTH SIDES. 
So let's talk about it. The GTA6 leak, and the fallout (mostly on twitter) has illuminated at least a small corner of this realm of discussion, and with that many a fresh and fervent chat was had - including this one.

From scoreboards, to teabags, ever since video games let you mesh your self against the fine folks in your vicinity be it immediate or afar, it's been a complete blood bath.
Blood bath I hear you say, isn't that bad thing? Yes, it is, unless you like blood, like a vampire, then it's good.THIS WEEK, we cover online games, the parts of them that work, the parts that really should work, and the reason why Daz hates ALL online games with a fire like passion - you're correct he is not a vampire in this analogy - I AM!!

Is it the shape of the thing that draws you in, or the drawing of the shape that makes you feel something... LIKE really feel something. Is it the feeling we get from playing a game that brings us back, or the visuals? Or both? Or neither. What matters more, mechanics or aesthetics - this is precisely what the boys attempt to chew on this week. We don't get far with the discussion, because it's a massive one...
